The Mission of the Immaculate Mediatrix (MIM) is the Roman Catholic public association of the faithful founded by Fr. Stefano M. Manelli, and definitively approved by the Church. Fr. Manelli is also the founder of the Franciscans of the Immaculate, a Roman Catholic religious institute of pontifical rite.

The MIM is organized about the charism or specific Franciscan-Marian spirituality and discipline of the Franciscans of the Immaculate. This consists in promoting “the universal mission of the Immaculate Mediatrix.”

The Knights of Lepanto and the Other Marys are specific groups within the MIM for men and women respectively. The life and activity of the Knights of Lepanto and Other Marys is based, in the first place, on the charism of the MIM.

Not all those associated with the Knights of Lepanto or Other Marys formally commit themselves to the organization. Those who wish to do so, must first of all become members of the MIM.
