We can draw many things from this quote! I would like to point out that we can relate that thought of Lewis to issue of family. What do I meam whith these words of mine? What I meant is that in other times, in old time, for example, in the first half of the 20th century (na primeira metade do século XX), there were yet a strong familiar structure, the familiar institution was yet strong, so that it was able to each father communicate to his male children values like manhood. Nowadays family is practcally destroyed by many fathor that I will omite to quote them in this short comment.
