St. Margaret of Scotland

This is a statue of St. Margaret of Scotland from Farm Street Church. All the statues there are extraordinary, but I thought this one was particularly beautiful with all the inlaid colored marble. Everything is stone and there is no paint (but perhaps some gilding on scepter, brooch and tassels.

Celine, I just found out I am related to her too! I am still researching the family. I just found this out last year. Very exciting for me!
